Returns and Exchanges

No Returns

We know that purchasing a full lace wig or lace front wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a two day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig, you have two days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been custom ordered, tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, upgraded density, silktops or units that have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig or have a wig made to your specifications. We do not allow multiple exchanges per order.

Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other hair care products are non-returnable.

Resellers or auction websites purchases are all final.

Our exchange policy only applies to purchases made through the our website. We do not accept exchanges on items purchased through my little secrets boutique, resellers or auction websites.

Our return policy is exchange and in-store credit only. We do not refund money. Once an order has been made an exchange or in- store credit are the only options. We do not offer refunds. No expection.    

Exchanges 

Call to request a Exchange Authorization (EA) Number. All exchanges require an authorization number. All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition and cannot be:
* Custom Ordered (changing cap size, super bleached knots, bleached knots, changing color etc.)
* Worn or Altered (lace cut, hair cut, shampooed, molded or any other changes to the wig cap or hair)
* Glued or taped

If you have altered your wig in any way, it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please be absolutely certain that you are keeping the wig before making any alterations (and this includes applying it).

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, original packaging and tape securely. Write the authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Exchanges received without a valid authorization number will be refused and returned.
We advise you to return the unit with a Signature Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Upon receipt of the wig unit we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your wig less a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping cost. For example: if your wig cost $299 then your credit after the 20% restocking fee would be $254.15 minus shipping cost. This credit can then be used toward the purchase price of a new wig. Health and sanitary laws require that all returned wigs be properly cleaned and sanitized prior to being returned to inventory for future buyers. As such, we cannot waive the 20% re-stocking fee. So please make sure that you take your head measurements correctly and choose the specifications that best fit your own style including but not limited to the hair texture, hair color, hair length, density, etc. prior to finalizing your order. If you are not clear on something, please ask questions first prior to ordering.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ship prepaid, we do not accept COD or freight collect. Insured and track shipping. 

Exchange Process 

When we receive your exchange, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your wig minus a 20% re-stocking fee. This credit is non-expiring, and can be used to purchase another custom wig or stock wig. Please note that if you choose to order a custom wig in exchange, the production time cannot be expedited. We make all efforts to replace your wig in a timely manner, but we cannot drastically alter the production process. We do not issue refunds if you are unable to wait for the production of another unit.
